Summer is hot! Because of that heat exhaustion is very possible. Learn how to avoid and treat it.
What is heat exhaustion?
Heat exhaustion is a illness that can occur when exposed so several hours of heat and sun. Symptoms can come on quiet suddenly.
How to avoid:
Wear lightweight, light (repels sunlight), loose clothing
Drink lots of water or cold fluids
Protect your face and neck with a hat (if out in the sun)
If you start to feel too hot, get wet. Drizzle some water on you.
Keep your shirt on to limit your exposure to the sun. When you sweat, it will cool you if a breeze blows on the damp clothing.
